Booking with Linthorpe Hall 248
Application Form
Once you fill out our interactive ‘Register to Book’ form, it is sent directly to our Tenant Management software. Our management team will process your information and begin to create your Tenant Account.
If you already have friends in Linthorpe Hall that you would like to move in with, remember to fill in their names (and their Linthorpe Hall Flat Number if you know it) at the bottom of the ‘Register to Book’ form in the “Additional Information” section.
If we require any additional information while creating your Tenant Account, we would contact you via the contact details that you filled in the ‘Register to Book’ form.
Once your application has been processed by a member of our team, you will be sent a link to log into your Arthur Account where you can view all your tenancy documents.
Once you confirm your tenancy by signing your tenancy documents (online signature option available, please see the simple step-by-step instruction in the Tenancy Documents section on this webpage), you can have the peace of mind that you have a room reserved with us, even before you have paid the security deposit!
Security Deposit
Prior to moving in, you will be required to pay the standard £375 security deposit which gets registered with TDS. This is payable at any time before your move in date and refundable at the end of your tenancy.
Please rest assured that you are not required to pay the deposit immediately following your registration, and that there will be no other payments until your first rent payment.
Tenancy Documents
Once you gain access to your Tenancy Documents either via Arthur or Email from us, you will have two instant online options of confirming your tenancy.
You can either:
1) Use the Arthur app to
1a) Check your Tenancy Documents
1b) And digitally ‘sign’ (confirm and submit) the documents. This option is available if we indicate that your tenancy does not require a guarantor.
Or you can:
2) Use the email method to
2a) Check your Tenancy Documents
2b) Print them out
2c) Sign the documents, including any of your guarantors if we indicate that your tenancy requires a guarantor
2d) Scan or take digital photos of the signed documents and email them back to us.
Once you confirm your tenancy in one of these two ways, we will be happy to hold a room for you until you are ready to pay your deposit.
In any case, printed out and signed copies of your Tenancy Documents are required on the date of your move in.
We can also accept scanned versions of the printed out and signed originals of your Tenancy Documents,
Once all of the required documents are received and your deposit is paid, you will receive our Digital Welcome Pack.
This includes all of our regulatory and safety information about our building along with guides and info on living in Teesside.
